Collection: Shipping & Returns

Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM will be transferred to POSTNL the same day.

Please note that we, like you, are dependent on the delivery service of POSTNL. If POSTNL is delayed, your order may be delivered 1 to 2 working days later. In that case, we are not responsible for this.

Shipping costs and returns within the Netherlands : Free.

Shipping costs to Belgium: € 3.95.
Returns from Belgium: €3.95.

Shipping costs to Germany : €4.95.
Returns from Germany : €4.95.

Return form : Do you want to return a product? Send an email to info@lichtendirect.nl with your order number. We will send you a return form within 24 hours.

Reflection period/return: You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. You will then be credited with the full order amount. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. To use this right, please contact us via info@lichtendirect.nl. The order amount due will be refunded within 5 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order. Any reduction in value of the product due to damage may be passed on.

Exchange product: Do you want to exchange your product? Please contact info@lichtendirect.nl.

Damaged products: If a product is delivered to you damaged by POSTNL, we request that you email clear photos of the products received within 2 days, including photos of the packaging and the damaged product. As soon as we have received these photos, we will contact you.

Wrong delivery address: Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible so we can still change the order for you.

Delivery: We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 17:00 will be shipped the same day. Delivery is via POSTNL and will generally take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Please note that we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery, as we are dependent on the delivery service.

Warranty : We offer a standard 2-year warranty on all our products. If your product becomes defective within 2 years of purchase, please contact us so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
